AMPTRON® 12V 100Ah Lithium LiFePO4 Batteries are an alternative replacement (AR) for most applications currently using a deep cycle Gel, AGM or Flooded Lead Acid battery. The maximum continuous discharge current is 200A and peak discharge current 400A for 3 seconds.
To begin, the batteries are uniquely designed using only the highest quality components and in addition are also backed with our 4-year warranty. Likewise, this includes the use of a robust Battery Management System (BMS), coupled with Aluminum encased prismatic cells, solid busbar connectors not to mention internal protection in attempts to reduce movement and damaging vibrations. Moreover, our batteries can additionally be placed on their sides, therefore offering versatile installation options. Furthermore, this feature provides added flexibility, allowing for a variety of setups to suit your needs.

AMPTRON® Lithium batteries use a built-in Battery Management System (BMS), which is designed to not only automatically disconnect the charging or discharging circuits but also prevent damage to the cells and internal electronics from abnormal operation. THE BMS PROTECTION FEATURES INCLUDE:
CELL BALANCING
The BMS balances the cells through top-end balancing. Consequently, it discharges cells that exceed 3.65V during charging, preventing overcharging and ensuring the battery’s safety and efficiency.
THERMAL FUSE: Our latest prismatic cell technology also features an internal thermal safety fuse between the anode and cathode, which likewise breaks and disconnects if the cell begins to overheat. In addition, this enhances safety and prevents potential damage.
SAFETY VENT: Each cell features a high-pressure safety vent that automatically opens to release energy, thus preventing explosions. As a result, the battery remains safe and reliable under various conditions.
FLAME RETARDANT ELECTROLYTE: Our cells are manufactured with a flame-retardant additive in our electrolyte.
