Lead Acid Battery Shipping
Due to Australian transport regulations governing the shipment of hazardous goods, we are unable to ship lead acid batteries outside the Brisbane metropolitan area.
This includes most automotive, truck, marine, motorcycle, deep cycle, AGM, and other lead acid battery types.
Customers Outside Brisbane
If you are located outside the Brisbane area and would like to purchase a lead acid battery, please contact our team. We will work with you to explore alternative delivery options or help you find the most suitable solution for your location.

We proudly offer fast local delivery and mobile battery installation throughout Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. Our experienced technicians can deliver, test, and install your battery at your home, workplace, or roadside.

Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as received
The item must be in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please note: Refunds or returns are not accepted for incorrectly purchased batteries. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct battery is selected before purchase.
Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email confirming receipt and advising whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
Contact your bank, as refunds can take additional time to be posted
If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.
Sale Items
Refunds are available only for regular-priced items.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
